Profiles

Cathy Bihler, President, has over 38 years in commercial banking experience.  Cathy’s experience includes lending, credit administration, and marketing.  She is experienced in both developing new business and collection of problem loans.  In addition to managing and developing commercial loan portfolios for both National and Community Banks, Cathy was a SVP and Team Leader, responsible for training and development of loan officers and credit analysts.  Joining ABLS in 2010 as a Field Examiner, she assumed the role of President in 2015 following the retirement of John Nelson.  Cathy is a graduate from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Esther Gladson, Field Exam Manager. Prior to joining ABLS in 2002, Esther was with Seafirst Bank and Bank of America for 26 years. Twenty of those years were in the Field Exam area of the Asset Based Lending Department as a Senior Examiner. She has had extensive experience with asset based credits of varying sizes and in virtually every industry. Esther is a graduate of Washington State University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education.

Danielle Andre, Field Examiner.  Danielle joined ABLS in 2015 with a background in accounting and network administration.   Her accounting background includes both auditing and internal controls.  Danielle is an Intuit QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has been an accounting and management consultant for small businesses and non-profits.

Susan Davis, Field Examiner. Prior to joining ABLS in 2004, Susan was with Bank of America for 12 years, most recently as a Field Examiner and a Credit Analyst. Susan is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Judy Lunt, Field Examiner, has over 20 years experience in the audit sector. Prior to joining ABLS in 2002, Judy worked as a Senior Examiner for Seafirst Bank and Bank of America, and was an Asset Based Lending Contract Consultant/Auditor for National Auditing Firms. Her assignments included work for Commercial Banks as well as Asset Based Finance Institutions. Judy is a graduate of Washington State University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration/Finance.

Linda Gill, Operations Manager, has over 25 years experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining ABLS in 2002, Linda worked in both the Credit Support and Documentation Departments for Seafirst Bank and Bank of America. Her last ten years were in the Asset Based Lending Department for Bank of America where she monitored/analyzed loans for the Commercial Market division reporting significant collateral shifts and trends to credit decision makers. Linda graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology.
